How It Works
-
1. Free Consultation
Begin with a quick 10–15 minute call so we can both decide if we’re a good fit.
-
2. First Session
We’ll explore your background, goals, what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what you hope to achieve.
-
3. Routine Sessions
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build trust and make steady progress. We can then adjust to every other week or monthly as it feels right for you.

Who I Work With
I work with motivated individuals who are ready to make positive changes in their lives, even if they’re not sure exactly where to start.
Common areas I support include:
Substance Use & Recovery — harm reduction, moderation management, sobriety maintenance, and co-occurring mental health concerns
Teens & Young Adults (16+) — anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, relationships, and life transitions
Mental Health & Emotional Well-being — stress, self-worth, emotional regulation, and trauma-related challenges
Family & Loved Ones — support for partners, parents, and family members affected by someone else’s substance use
If you’re looking for a non-judgmental, trauma-informed space where progress matters more than perfection, you may be a great fit.
